About Joan “Jody” Hooper

My name is Joan “Jody” Hooper. I am the Qualifying Broker for KThe Hooper Power Team Real Estate, LLC, with 32+ years in the real estate industry. 

I was a former licensed real estate appraiser and instructor for 19 years for Educational Colleges of America and Kaplan Professional Schools and licensed new appraisers. I also have authored Real Estate and Appraisal text books.

My extensive knowledge of new construction has served almost 400 homeowners in Las Cruces. The Hooper Team is ready and able to assist you with every aspect of the real estate market. We promise to go above and beyond your expectations.
